A dynamic culinary destination in south Shreveport is serving up elevated Southern flavors alongside casual neighborhood favorites.
Chef Blake Jackson has established a dual-concept dining experience in the Provenance community, featuring both Mae & Co. and Heron under one roof at 1023 Provenance Place Boulevard.
Mae & Co. offers a laid-back, daytime-friendly atmosphere focused on everyday classics. The menu features specialty sandwiches like the Smashboy, made with 44 Farms beef and bacon jam, along with wings, po’boys, and house-made beignets.
In the evening, the space transitions into Heron, a refined modern Louisiana restaurant highlighting seasonal ingredients and coastal dishes. Dinner offerings range from seared redfish with asparagus risotto to charbroiled oysters and prime steaks.
Mae & Co. serves diners starting at 11 a.m. Monday through Saturday, while Heron opens for dinner service Tuesday through Saturday at 5 p.m.
