Charitable Partnerships with Local Non-Profits

What is The Provenance Institute?

The Provenance Institute for the Arts, Culture and Environment is a 501(c)(3) Louisiana nonprofit corporation.

Provenance Community is a Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND), which is defined as a new town with the charm and conveniences of an old one. A big part of the charm is the connectivity residents feel with their neighbors and community as a whole. The Provenance Institute for Arts, Culture, and Environment was created to strengthen that connection by partnering with local charities and non-profits that share our same values. It promotes building a sustainable community through the arts, culture and environment by bringing arts and culture to our community through public events, workshops, and small group gatherings. Creating enjoyable public spaces with an emphasis on beauty and aesthetics and creating a sense of place will remain primary initiatives of the organization

We are thrilled to work with The Junior League of Shreveport-Bossier, The Hub Urban Ministry, Shreveport Green and Holy Angels to plan fun events that build a connection within our neighborhood as well as provide outreach to those in need.

Good news! You don’t have to be a resident of Provenance to support these wonderful causes! Sign up for a race, visit the Pumpkin Patch, stop in to the Clubhouse on Lasagna Night or attend one of our fun events in the Park! We are looking forward to the future growth of the Institute, stay connected with us by subscribing to our newsletter.

A visit here may just change the way you live.

The outdoor festival celebrates wine, cuisine, and music from around the world. Patrons walk or are shuttled throughout parks and overlooks in the Provenance Neighborhood to different “regions of the world” where wine, food, and music are all paired together to pay homage to each locale.
