Garden Cottage Encore Alley on Crossvine Lane in Provenance was recognized with a 2024 Best in American Living Award in Best Single-Family Community. This special project was made possible by the collaboration of Vintage Homes and partners Pecot & Company Architects, Jenny Johnston Interiors, Provenance Development Company, and Mike Watkins Architect.

In the summer of 2020, Vintage Homes debuted the design of five cottages to be built along Woodberry Avenue across from 3-acre Greenleaf Park and surrounding the new Provenance community garden. These quaint southern cottages are located just steps away from multiple parks, a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and community garden, which all encourage the residents to connect with the outdoors and neighbors. Each space is efficiently planned to include walk-in closets, utility rooms, and spacious open living areas.

The cottages were also previously awarded in 2021 and 2022.
