The Catahoula Wine Mixer is back at Provenance for 2025 on March 29 from 3-7 p.m.! This outdoor event celebrates wine, cuisine, and culture from different regions of the world while showcasing local producers and sustainable practices.

The Catahoula Wine Mixer features top local chefs and restauranteurs in the Shreveport-Bossier area alongside a curated list of incredible wines. The all-star chefs are teaming up to bring an epic culinary experience to each region. Immerse yourself in the exquisite flavors of France, Italy, California, and Spain. Each renowned for its wine and food, the regions will have a unique, festival-like atmosphere, transporting you somewhere new.

There are also limited spots for the Chef’s Dinner experience on Friday, March 28. This is an exclusive, eight-course Chef’s Dinner where each chef will prepare a single course complete with wine pairings exclusive to the Chef’s Dinner and not available at the Saturday event.

Proceeds from the 2025 Catahoula Wine Mixer will benefit Shreveport Green, supporting its mission to create a more sustainable community. The event will also highlight the importance of community engagement and environmental stewardship, helping to fund initiatives that enhance green spaces, reduce waste, and promote environmental education in the Shreveport area.
